Florida's wastewater structures, restored in a day.

Sanitary manhole rehabilitated by IET (Integrated Environmental Technologies) in Florida, seen from aboveActual IET project

Integrated Environmental Technologies (IET) rebuilds manholes, lift stations and treatment structures in IET-Crete composite and seals them with the IET Systems lining as one continuous barrier. Manufacturer and applicator. Back in service the same day.

Why structures fail · and what we do about it

Concrete fails from the inside out. Sewer gas turns to acid and eats the walls. Groundwater finds every crack and pours soil into the system. We rebuild the structure in IET-Crete, seal it with the IET lining as one continuous barrier, and put it back in service the same day.

About IET

Integrated Environmental Technologies.

IET (Integrated Environmental Technologies) is a Florida manufacturer and applicator of protective systems for wastewater infrastructure. Based in North Fort Myers and working across Southwest, Central and South Florida since 1995, IET rehabilitates sanitary manholes, lift stations and wet wells, wastewater treatment plant structures, grease interceptors, stormwater structures and containment tanks.

Two products make up the IET system. IET Systems is a polymorphic resin coating that bonds into prepared concrete and steel, forming a seamless barrier against hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) corrosion, abrasion and infiltration. IET-Crete is a corrosion-resistant composite that replaces concrete patching in inverts, benches, floors and pipe connections, and accepts flow in about an hour.

Because one company manufactures the system and applies it with its own certified crews, IET structures are backed by a combined manufacturer and applicator 10-year warranty and typically return to service the same day. IET Systems and IET-Crete are approved in 38 Florida cities, counties and authorities and are frequently specified as a sole-source solution for manhole and lift station rehabilitation.
